Dragon Breath

  • Helps us calm ourself down
  • Releases negative energy, anger and tension
  • The long exhale triggers our parasympathetic nervous system (our body’s ‘rest and digest’ system)

Uses

  • Use Dragon Breath at times when you feel angry or feel like you are about to explode.  It will help you to release that negative energy so you can feel calm and in control again.

Instructions

  1. Sit up tall with your bottom on your knees
  2. Breathe in through your nose
  3. Breathe a strong breath of dragon fire out through your mouth
  4. With each breath try to breathe your dragon fire out a bit further
