Do this stretch to support optimal posture, particularly after using computers or small devices (tablets and phones).
This is a great stretch to do just before handwriting or other fine motor activities (e.g. using cutlery, doing up buttons, tying shoelaces, threading beads), because it activates the core and upper limb muscles.
Pair this exercise with the Wolf Tilt and Peacock Pose to stretch the neck and upper back muscles that are important for posture.
Instructions
Kneel on all fours
Slide your left hand as far as you can forward, and then your right hand
Imagine your hands are glued to the floor

Sit with a sturdy desk in front of you. Lean forward from your waist, reaching your hands as far forward on the desk as your can.
While doing the Leopard Stretch, place your left hand on top of the right to feel a stronger stretch. Hold for 5 deep breaths then switch hands.
Crouch down like a leopard hiding in the long grass.
