Instructions
Stand with your feet apart and your arms straight out in front of you
Lift one foot, bending your knee out to the side
Touch your raised foot with your opposite hand
Place your foot back down on the floor
Repeat on the other side

Seated: Do the Ant Nest Dance in your chair
Add in an extra foot tap behind you! (Before putting your foot back on the floor move your foot and opposite hand behind your body to tap each other there also).
Vary how strongly your hand touches your foot. Try tapping it lightly (like a fairy clap) and then try tapping it strongly (like a high five).
