Learn about getting started on a fitness journey and setting goals along the way. * This session involves 2 floor exercises that require a bit of extra space- Lizard Push-up and Praying Mantis Plank. If you don’t have enough space to do these on the floor, these movements can be done with the children’s hands or elbows on a sturdy desk instead.
